Driving North on I 95:
Get off at Exit # 102 (CR 713, High Meadows Blvd.) After exiting I 95 stay on the
service road until you reach the intersection of CR 713 and SR 714. It will be your
first traffic light and there will be a 7/11 on the right corner.
Make a left at the Intersection and continue straight for ~ 1/8 mile to the next traffic light.
Make a right at the light onto Martin Downs Blvd. and travel for approximately 1/8 Mile,
or 3rd Left, onto Corporate Parkway. (Look for the Multi Story Building on your left
that has the “Team Construction” Sign.)
Make your second right into “Parkway Plaza” and circle the building to reach the farthest unit which is #3565.
Driving South on I 95:
Get off at Exit # 110 (CR 714, Martin Hwy) Make a left (heading east) and continue
straight for ~ 5 miles, until you come to the main intersection of Martin Downs Blvd.
and SR 714. The FL Turnpike Entrance will be on your right.
Make a left at the light onto Martin Downs Blvd. and travel for approximately 1/8 Mile, or 3rd Left, onto Corporate
Parkway. (Look for the Multi Story Building on your left that has the “Team Construction”
Sign.)
Make your second right into “Parkway Plaza” and circle the building to reach the farthest unit which is #3565.
From the Florida Turnpike:
Get off at Exit # 133 (Stuart, Martin Downs Blvd.) After exiting the Toll Booth, continue straight on Martin Downs Blvd.
Travel approximately 1/8 Mile and take 3rd Left onto Corporate Parkway. (Look for the Multi Story Building on your left that has the “Team Construction” Sign.)
Make your second right into “Parkway Plaza” and circle the building to reach the farthest unit which is #3565.
