Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. To Begin Process to Become Fully Reporting and Up List to a Higher Exchange As Stated on Wallstreetcorner.com
CEO Ronn Schuman stated in an interview on Wallstreetcorner.com that Connectyx is to begin preparations necessary to file a Form 10 with the SEC in order to become a "fully reporting" public company.

Mr. Schuman mentioned that the MedFlashtm continues to gain momentum and is currently being sold at 2,000 retail stores nationwide, and is also distributed through drug wholesalers to over 20,000 independent medical and pharmacy groups.
" Ronn Schuman plans to raise up to about $3 million for expansion & achieving a listing on the OTC BB as part of that process. Assuming that he is successful in doing that, I see his companys growth accelerating at a fast pace, because what his company needs to expand rapidly is some carefully directed advertising," stated Larry Oakley in his article.
